2. Tours

● Tours only in Spanish. Guides in native Spanish.
● The duration of the tours is indicated in the description of each tour, it is a
indicative duration given that the guide can modify it if the tour by
unforeseen conditions so require.

● Added time at the beginning of the meeting point of the tour, must be
respecting the start time of the tour in the indicated place. In case of not arriving at the meeting point of the tour on time and after 10 minutes from the start time, there will be no reason for the refund of the price of the tourist service.

● The tour guide will have an ALTER PRAGUE umbrella visible in gray-orange colors, and will wait for tourists at the meeting point from 15 minutes before the start of the tour.

3. Health and other recommendations

● We recommend that you bring your passport or national identity card and a
identification card of your private health insurance or your national public health in the EU. Each client must consider the physical demand of each route and tour, regarding their physical condition and age. The client who requires it must be obliged to carry their relevant medications with them.
● The ALTER PRAGUE tour guide will not be responsible for medical expenses or injuries that the tourist may cause during the tour.
● ALTER PRAGUE company will not be responsible for damages caused by clients or if clients damage third parties or property during the tour.
● For minors, their parents or legal guardians will be responsible.

4. Discounts

● Children under 15 years free, discounts on tours for young people between
15 years to 26 years and also retired.
5. Complaints and claims
● Any complaint must be reported immediately to the guide or to the person in charge of
ALTER PRAGUE company. Complaints and/or claims filed outside
of the term will not be considered.
● Disobedience to the ALTER PRAGUE guide or disobedience to the schedule
can cause group separation. The associated problems and costs are
responsibility of the client.
● Client’s personal belongings lost or stolen outside on the street or
within public transport or when visiting tourist buildings, the company ALTER PRAGA is not responsible.

6. Cancellation policy

● Financial compensation for tours purchased and not used ALTER
PRAGUE will not provide or refund them.
● The free cancellation of the tour – will be maximum 24 hours before the start of the tour.
● Less than 24 hours before the start of the tour there is no refund of the cost of the tour.

7. Private data and cookies 

The payment for the tour means that you accept and understand the general conditions of this contract.
